We hope you love all of your Diosa goodies, but if you're unhappy for any reason you can return the items for a store credit, partial credit or exchange within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange past the 14-day policy.
To be eligible for a store credit:
The return form must be completed.
Item must be unworn.
In the same condition that it was received.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, if getting store credit a shipping fee of $3.99 will be deducted from the store credit to cover return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued after items have been approved, an email notifiaction will be sent with store credit details.
Before any returns takes place, items will be inspected.
All items must be in its original condition, not worn, damaged, washed, or including foreign scent on garments.
Items not approved will be shipped back to original address shipped.
Shipping costs and government fees are not applied to the store credit.

Discounted items, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry, shoes, hats, purses are FINAL SALE and will not be refunded. If you are unsure if your purchase is final sale, please refer to your paper invoice (in the package).
